We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the beautiful lake. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with a convenient airport shuttle available. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the private terrace outside our room, where we could enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff was attentive and efficient. we were impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

Spent New Year's here and the location was perfect for accessing the local sights and attractions. the staff were friendly and the spacious and clean rooms were definitely a plus - especially the modern bathrooms. the free parking was also a bonus.

That there was no air conditioning, which could be a bit of an issue in warmer months. they only provided one pillow and it was a bit too soft.

We also enjoyed the delicious and wonderfully presented breakfast. The location was quiet and also convenient, as it was only a short drive to the city center and the lake. Spent New Year here and we had an amazing time! The modern clean rooms were a great value for the price. Loved that we had the option of paying in cash or card. The location was perfect too, just a short drive to the nearby lake and spa. The staff was really friendly throughout our stay.

Some minor inconveniences we had during our stay were the slow Wi-Fi and weak cellular reception. Also, the TV only worked through the internet which was frustrating at times. Lastly, the breakfast lacked variety, as there were no eggs offered and the smells from the kitchen were very strong in the breakfast room.

Good value for the money. Good lighting in the bathroom. Helpful servant during breakfast. Two separate rooms and a huge private terrace. Quiet area. Close proximity to Lake Balaton and Hévíz Spa. Easy access by car with ample parking space. Spacious room with an excellent bed. Wonderful presentation of breakfast. Nice surroundings and peaceful atmosphere.
